To be able to run Alpha, we rely on our SERVE Team. We have opportunities for people to use their spiritual gifts and serve in various capacities such as administration, set up and clean up, hospitality, and facilitating small groups. SERVE team members help to run Alpha week-to-week and act as individuals who care for and form relationships with our guests.

SERVE Team members will be required to attend two training sessions on January 8 and January 22. Dinner will be provided.

These two sessions will allow time for conversation, peer-to-peer learning, and practical training facilitated by our BGC Alpha Lead Team.

When is the Alpha Course running?
This year, the Alpha Course will run on Wednesdays from January 29 to April 16, with the SERVE team arriving at 6:30 PM and serving until 9:30 PM. We will take a break for March break on March 12 and our weekend away will be from March 21–23, 2025.
