Why We Give
All that we do at Bayview Glen, including why we give, is so that everyone, everywhere, can experience God's love and our created purpose in Jesus. Thank you for modelling what it looks like to live generously when you give to Bayview Glen!
What We Give Towards
At Bayview Glen, we operate as a church on free-will donations. The donations we receive help us serve in three areas:
Church Ministry Fund
These donations help us run healthy and thriving ministries for our kids, students, and adults.
Missions Fund
These donations help us to provide resources to our missionary partners in Toronto, throughout Canada, and worldwide.

Benevolence Fund
These donations help us to provide resources to hurting men, women, and families right here in the Toronto area.
Monthly Financial Update
Church Ministry Fund monies help run the day to day operations of the church and cover costs associated with all of the ministries we run for our kids, students and adults.
Mission Fund monies are specifically designated funds from donors which directly support our Mission Partners and initiatives serving the GTA and around the world. More information can be found here.

How can I give?

Gifts may be mailed to 300 Steeles Ave E, Thornhill, ON L3T 1A7, Canada.
Give via Investments
Donating stocks, mutual funds, or other investments are typically a very tax efficient way to give. Please contact our Executive Pastor at seanl@bayviewglen.org directly to talk through your options.
Will I receive a receipt for my gift?
If you give online, you will receive an email acknowledgement at the time of the donation. By the end of February, official tax donation receipts will be sent to all donors for all donations made in the preceding year.
How will my gift be used?
If no allocation is specified, amounts will be allocated to Church Ministries. Please note that donations are only accepted for programs and projects approved by the Elder Board. When a project has been fully funded or cannot be completed for reasons determined by the Elder Board, designated contributions will be used where most needed.
Is Bayview Glen a registered charity in Canada?
Yes, our registered name is Bayview Glen Church of the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada. Our operating name and number is Bayview Glen Church, 118800994RR0001.
